new to waist training any hints or helpful advice
I just got my corset today I laced down one inch and wore it for about 5 hours
by the end of those 5 hours i was in some pain and when I took it off I felt a little sick.
Am I doing to much too soon?
is this normal?
how long did you start with and how far did you lace down?
any tips or help or even sharing your stories with me would be awesome.

It makes me feel so good to help someone choose life or choose to eat, or convince someone to put their razor down, and even deal with the loss of someone close to them.
Probably because I’ve been through all these things and I still deal with them now.
It gives me a sense of purpose and a feeling of actually doing something. and to see that I can help peoples lives is the best thing in the world.
